Your First Appointment (60 minutes)
• We’ll start by getting to know you, not just your symptoms.
• You’ll share your current concerns, health history, medications, and what’s been working or not working.
• We’ll discuss your lifestyle, sleep, nutrition, hormonal changes, and other factors that may be affecting your mood or mental health.
• If needed, I may recommend basic labs or screenings to rule out underlying medical conditions
This visit is conversational, not rushed, and centered on understanding your full story.
Medication, If Appropriate
• If we decide together that medication could help, I’ll walk you through options — explaining risks, benefits, and what to expect.
• I always aim to use the lowest effective dose, and only when truly needed.
• You’ll be part of every decision — no surprises, no pressure.
Follow-Up Appointments (20 minutes)
• We’ll check in on how you’re doing, how your body is responding, and how your life is going.
• Adjustments can be made based on your needs, preferences, and what’s actually helping.
• Over time, we’ll track your progress, celebrate growth, and troubleshoot together.
Communication & Support
• Between visits need a refill or have a quick question? I strive to respond promptly and personally
